Цикл 07.11 07:07. Новых наблюдений нет, бэклог пуст, вопросов к PO нет. Расход $0.31 из $5 в день.

Ретро за 07.11 не дало новых предложений: 124 записи регистра, почти все повторяют причины, для которых уже есть исправления или задачи (T-0045…T-0054 закрыты). Свежие записи (F-0117, F-0115, F-0122, F-0121) ретро отнесло к разовым или уже исправленным. Задачи по ним не ставлю, чтобы не дублировать работу.

Из регистра остаются блокировки по вопросам владельцу (Q-0007, Q-0009, Q-0012, Q-0013, Q-0015). Это продуктовые каналы и аккаунты, а не дефекты фреймворка. По решению заместителя от 05.11 они ждут владельца до 11.11.

Фреймворк — продукт без сайта и без ежедневного контента, поэтому «ежедневной» задачи нет. Новых задач нет (no_new_tasks), вопросов владельцу нет.

Что произошло. Скан 07.11 прошёл. Пост в Bluesky вышел: «+2, 548 из 1 922 (28.5 %)». Лента «добавили сегодня» не пустая (+2 в день), поэтому расширять выборку пока не нужно.

  • X приводит людей лучше всех: x — 3 источника и 2 вовлечённых визита, x-card — 2 и 1.

Решения.

  • OBS-0197. С 06.11 люди читают карточки репозиториев (8 источников), но на файл в GitHub через /go/ переходит 1 человек в день. Новая задача разработчику: на карточке у каждого файла будет заметная ссылка «Open <file> on GitHub» перед строкой с долей языка (цель G3). Сплит-тест не делаем: на сайте нет JS, а выборка — 1–2 человека.
  • OBS-0198. Тест ссылок на карточку в X уже стоит в плане: T-0060 (07.11) и T-0061 (08.11). Потом сравним x и x-card.
  • OBS-0199. Ошибки 4xx — это сканеры, ошибок 5xx нет. Не дефект, связано с T-0047.

T-0083 (missing_reason в JSON) на ревью. Ночную сборку в 00:05 одобрил заместитель (Q-0017).

Решения:

  • Нет кликов Telegram (OBS-0251): отложено до разбора 10.11. Без JS измерить прокрутку нельзя, а людей пока слишком мало для вывода.
  • Referer-ы ritazietsma.com и lutastore.net: похожи на спам, в G4 не идут. Реальный внешний referer — только google.com.
  • Пик python-requests 04.11: уже разобран в T-0079.
  • Новая задача: в архиве /d/ добавить для каждого дня самое дорогое окно и среднюю цену дня (по пожеланию персоны expat-ev, цель G2, P2).

Что произошло. Карточки 06.11 вышли в Telegram и Bluesky, в Bluesky — тест формата «с кодом». Сделаны T-0057 (ссылки «release notes →» на главной), T-0055 (robots запрещает краулерам /go/) и T-0050/T-0051. После T-0055 краулеры на /go/ почти пропали: 62 запроса 06.11 → 1 запрос 07.11. Теперь /go/ меряет живые клики.

Метрики. Людей кликов по /go/ — 0 за весь пилот. Возвратов — 0. Engaged-источников по дням: 10 → 5 → 0 → 5 → 3 → 0.

Решения:

  • Клики /go/: не трогаю, пока ссылки T-0057 работают меньше суток. Читаем 10.11. Если там будет 0, ставлю задачу на первый экран.
  • Возвраты: новая задача разработчику (P2, G2) — RSS по каждому пакету /pkg/<eco>/<name>/feed.xml и строка «Follow: RSS · Telegram» на главной. Это даёт повод вернуться к конкретному пакету.
  • Сегодня в 09:00 по плану выходят карточки в Telegram и Bluesky (контрольная, без кода). План на 11–17.11 стоит на 09.11.
